LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 10, 2006 -- CF Green Corporation (Other OTC:CFGE.PK - News) announced today the status of its negotiations with Eco-Safe USA, Inc. (www.ecosafeusa.com.) The companies are in the final stages of the Due Diligence process. This sets the stage for consummating their letter of intent between the companies.
CF Green signed a letter of intent on August 19, 2005, with Eco-Safe. Eco-Safe Systems USA Inc., will be the new name of the CF Green Corp.
Additionally, Eco-Safe will be represented by its executives at the annual "Food Safety Summit And Expo" March 22 through March 24, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada (www.foodsafetysummit.com).
The Eco-Safe sterilization unit uses a patent pending proprietary ozone generation process. Ozone rich water is approved for the use with food by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA.) Additionally the ozone rich water can be used to sanitize the equipment, cutting tables and process equipment without the use of chemicals.
