According to the NASDAQ Dividend List, Anza Capital Inc (OTCBB: AZAC) has declared a $0.041 cash dividend. This cash dividend will ONLY be available to shareholders of record as of February 24, 2006.
filed already exdate is 3.16 you must own before then to get divvy. Ignore the date in the press release, its not accurate.
