Our teams of designers and manufacturers have worked hard over the past several months to bring The Fashion House's six lines of high-end designer footwear to market. Our fall 2006 collection -- Oscar by Oscar de la Renta; O Oscar An Oscar de la Renta Company; Richard Tyler Couture; tyler. Richard Tyler; Blass Bill Blass and Bill Blass Couture -- debuted at this month's World Shoe Association show in Las Vegas, garnering rave reviews from retailers, media and the public. As a result, we are favorably positioned to capture a number of new sales and expect additional licensing and distributorships to materialize in the coming months.
Since going public in September 2005, we have leveraged our increased visibility and market exposure to achieve rapid growth. Our recent accomplishments include:
New Worldwide Licensing Agreements -- To date, we have inked exclusive worldwide licensing agreements with Bill Blass Ltd., Richard Tyler Ltd. and Oscar de la Renta Ltd.
Our strategic alliances with well-known and respected designers will enable us to deepen market penetration across existing sales channels as well as pursue and acquire premium brands that create a product portfolio driven by our consumers' brand loyalty.
Multiple Distribution Channels -- We are able to target the mass market through exclusive distribution agreements with the nation's leading retailers. These retailers have included: Neiman Marcus; Aglie; DSW; Macy's East; Nordstrom; Lord & Taylor and Marshall Fields. In addition to storefront sales, our products are sold in Victoria's Secret and Bloomingdale's catalogues and online at Zappos.com, Shoes.com, ShoeMall.com and Amazon.com. Oscar Valencia was appointed President of our new Bill Blass division. Mr. Valencia spent 16 years with Etienne Aigner, where he developed and created the Etienne Aigner Essentials and Signature brands. Amy Fleisher joins our team as Vice President of the Bill Blass division.
