Hey- first time I've asked a question in sometime!

I was just wondering if anybody knows the process a company needs to go through to withdraw a DEF14C. Seeing as it doesn't require shareholder participation, I would imagine it's pretty easy- but wasn't sure.

normally company higher ups can file almost anything without shareholder approval. i.e. shareholders put them in charge of business etc..
