LBTN offering to exchange 1 B convertible share worth $1.00 for 1600 common shares which they value at 0.001, but which actually trades at 0.0001. I have seen no shut off date for this exchange. Must have 100000 minimum amount of shares to trade. I wonder why they would just give money away. I smell a rat. They are on the verge of getting several pattents on early breast cancerdetection process. I believe they are trying to buy back all of the common shares, as they are afraid they will go crazy netting holders of hundreds of thousand shares a great deal of money through volume. I would like to know if anyone else has an opinion about this exchange. By the way, the deadline for the exchange is about the middle of this month. However, there is absolutely no information available for the elusive B share.

traded them years back, currently you can't even sell common shares on bid from what I hear.

Over the years they basically diluted this as much as possible, if they really want to move it they'll probably have to RS it first.

So careful with them.

THANKS !!!!
The commons have not made a move since the share exchange announcement, even though avg volume ranges between 500 mil to as high as over 2 billion. I am new to trading, so I do not understand how volume can fluctuate so much with literally no movement in bid or ask or daily high low.

There are many many shells (comapanies with no business) that have higher prices of shares. Just due to the structure of the company. with billions of shares out, its hard to move a price, also if there are already 1 billion shares out, why not make it 2 billlion.

Later they can R/S (reverse split) and leave you with 1 share per every million you bought if they choose to.

thank you Keithsan, your input is very much appreciated. A little gloomy, but, that is what is part of the penny stock market. I have position in many companies, following the trends, so I guess I could handle loosing one if it comes to that.
thanks again,
BTW, am I posting in the correct area?

Gloomy nah in reality how are they going to bring up the pps when they get that low, they often dwell down there forever, at times they do run and its great bank especially at .0001

but i'd rather play decent stocks no one has ever heard of with good share structure and no history of R/s

good luck with your positions in other companies as well as this one.

you had a question so posting here is fine. if you searched LBTN you'd see we have a thread on it also.
