BROOMFIELD, Colo., March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardinal
Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDNC), a provider of voice, video
and high-speed broadband communications services, and a specialized developer
of residential real estate, today announced that its Get A Phone division, a
local dial tone provider in Texas and Florida, has signed a distribution
agreement with Network Systems International that will significantly increase
Get A Phone's distribution network in Florida's Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm
Beach counties.
Byron Young, Get A Phone president, stated, "Our partnership with Network
Systems dramatically increases Get A Phone's penetration into the tri-counties
area. Get A Phone's local dial tone product is expected to be offered in more
than 200 new distribution outlets by the end of March. We anticipate this
increased exposure should allow Get A Phone to generate several hundred new
customers per month at an average monthly subscription rate of $44.99 plus
taxes and fees."

addition to the tri-counties area, we intend to offer Get A Phone's dial tone
product throughout the State of Florida in the next six months by using our
