Default 25% divvies: NRO FSE CBL

Divvies are being reduced in this climate.

NRO has already had a reduction but thats why its 25% now, at least for next month...

all look to be bottoming.

worth checking out

Thanks Keith, they seem to be hurting for sure but on quick glance CBL still seems to be making positive earnings.

Couple on the Canuck side, but also trade on the US exchanges, give about the same divy are PDS recovered a bit from war but also raised monthly distribution for the month. There's also AAV. Like the ones you showed are beaten down and worth having a look at.

ok then divvies were 25% of going price and that was end december.

NRO was 1.5 and now its just under 3.00 and fighting to break over

CBL was 3.00 and now its 10.00 just bounced off 11.00.

so, pay attention if you want low risk quiet doubles/triples
