American Hydrogen Corp. Subsidiary to Develop Hydrogen Formulator Opportunity for ARSC
Feb 6, 2007 9:30:00 AM

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC) has created a wholly owned subsidiary, American Hydrogen Corporation, to further develop and commercialize a breakthrough technology to formulate hydrogen that is expected to change the economics of producing hydrogen sufficient to enable the hydrogen economy. American Hydrogen Corporation will operate initially from the offices of ARSC's subsidiary, Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation.

Bob Farr, President and COO of ARSC, explained, "Ben Schafer, CTO of our Hydra Fuel Cell subsidiary, discovered this process while reviewing university research seeking science and technologies that would enhance our fuel cell and clean energy development efforts. Working closely with the university the technology was "up-scaled" to prove that the process is commercially viable. The research indicates that hydrogen can be produced with this unique electro-catalytic process for less than $2.00 per kilogram using ammonia as a feed stock." Farr continued, "The first application of this formulator technology will be as a hydrogen generator for our HydraStax(R) fuel cells. From there we will create larger commercial formulators."
