Hi diamond- I believe hisu will continue downward. They reverse split with the intention of diluting, which will drive the price down.

EFGO- I never played, even when it was CHNW. They're a non reporting pink, so their dilution is super sneaky. I checked the NV SOS site and it appears that they increased the a/s to 11 billion in Feberuary. See below.

Action Type: Amendment
Document Number: 20070135890-75 # of Pages: 1
File Date: 02/27/2007 Effective Date:
Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 5,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 5,000,000.00 New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 11,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 11,000,000.00

ETIM ran with a bloated a/s, so anything is possible, but it looks a little grim.

I haven't heard anything about an imminent r/s, but I imagine it it is in the cards.

I played the crap out of EFGO/chnw when it was hot and I defer to bilger on hisc as I think he's nailed it. I've been in the penny market very minimally here as the regular market is just smoking and is where the money is at the moment. so I havent checked filings.

good to see you.
